What We Offer
Prospects Hockey Development Program focuses on providing talented hockey players opportunities to enhance their hockey skills. Throughout the year, Prospects offers numerous group sessions led by a network of approved professionals. The sessions vary from general skills to focused skill development events. Prospects teams participate in Spring and Summer tournaments as well.
Prospects also manages numerous Exposure and Combine events throughout the year. Through continual communication with Prep school coaches, Prospects ensures coaches are aware of the talent in our program and what their goals are. Prep school coaches attend our Exposure and Combine events. Many of our players have been offered opportunities with schools initiated by connections through the program.
Prospects also offers assistance navigating the recruiting waters of prep school. Understanding the different schools and what they offer is critical in the decision process. Through years of working with various students, our team can provide invaluable guidance.
Mission.
Our mission is to have a positive impact on our athletes and to better position them to achieve their athletic and academic goals. We strive to create and foster a passion for the sport of Ice Hockey.
Participation.
Participation in the program is currently open to AAA level Boys and Girls, birth years 2003 to 2010 who aspire to play hockey in prep school. Events are organized by Pre Prep, Prep and Prep Post Graduate focus.

Our Background
The Prospects Hockey Development Program was created when we saw outstanding talent not maximizing its full potential. The Prospects program is very different from traditional programs. Our philosophy is based on a proven fact – the best way to improve any skill is to immerse one’s self in a competitive environment. Challenge leads to improvement. Our athletes learn to set personal goals and then work with our team of professionals to create the plan to accomplish them. Our supplemental program stimulates and educates players while developing their talent. This program elevates their passion for ice hockey. To date, we have worked with more than 800 athletes from the United States and Canada and we are proud to be a sought after, well respected program.
Great Instructors
Our athletes receive instruction from a network of approved professionals. Goals are achieved by working on-ice with skill instructors. Many of our staff have played in the NHL or at D1 colleges; others have NCAA coaching experience. Our athletes receive a one-on-one experience with some of the best instructors available! Prospects Hockey Development Group provides an experience that other programs often times can’t deliver.

Our goal is to have a positive impact on our athletes. We strive to create and foster a passion for the sport of ice hockey. The Prospects Hockey Development Program continues to evolve and improve each year. Past participants have helped to make us what we are today. We hear the accolades and suggestions and we keep getting better! Countless families have commended us and have indicated that their path to prep school began when they joined this program.
Development of the athlete is of primary concern. We align ourselves with quality people who look out for the student’s best interest.
Additionally, we enforce a strict NO TOLERANCE RULE for problem players and parents. This will be a positive experience for our athletes.
